I am afraid that it will be technically possible to trace you.

You connect your PC to a telephone line, that has to be registered to someone? so can be traced back to them?

You use the line to connect to your ISP, where you have an account. Your ISP will monitor the IP addresses of who you connect to, so this information will be available to al-Mukhabarat?

If your ISP reports attempts to contact "seditious services" such as anonymous re-mailers, you will be in BIG trouble! They do not need to know who you mailed or what you mailed, just that you did it in a clandestine fashion.

al-Mukhabarat have over twenty years' experience of supressing free speech...........I would not mess about with them. It IS NOT "a game" it is very serious and for real.

We are all WITH da_zero , at least those of us who believe in Democracy, Civil liberties, and Freedom of Speech.
Some of us are rather concerned about his personal safety, and that of his family and friends.

David L Smith, otherwise known as vicodinES, was the author of the "Melissa" virus. The FBI were initially able to link Smith to his vicodinES alias via his ISP logs , and that is in a democratic country, with an enormous internet usage.

It actually took me all of two minutes. I obtained a copy of the "Office 97 Poppy Macro Virus Generation Toolkit" by the aforementioned VicodinES. I dismantled it, and found that it had been produced by one David L Smith..............he used a copy of MS Office 97 that he had registered in his own name You will be amazed what incriminating evidence is available.

We have had internet child pornographers convicted in this country thanks to initial information provided by the FBI unfortunately the sentences were too lenient

I would suggest that most people with IT and internet security experience would agree that what da_zero is proposing is very dangerous, in a country that actually has a secret police. By "secret police", I mean an organisation that has powers and an accountability above and beyond the regular law enforcement agencies, (and the parameters defined by the written/established law), that operates in a clandestine and unlawful manner.

I would not imagine that computer ownership and private internet connections are as widespread as in India, the USA, or the European Union? This must make al-Mukhabarat's job a lot easier?

A final question: how do any of you know that I am not the new head of al-Mukhabarat, who has infiltrated AO looking for security ideas and any Syrian "naughty boys"? For all you know, my agents/officers/thugs are outside da_zero's appartment right now, tapping their rubber truncheons on the dashboards of their cruise cars?
