Thank you for all the great Feedback I am thinking i am going to go about 30 for a instaltion of ram or vid card ect, And around 50 to clean and reformat. Mabey even less cause i live in small cow town in the midwest many people don't use computers that heavly.

As reguarding to taxes I am sure my mom know what i need to do she is schooled in that stuff .
